Meet The Selma Times-Journal All Dallas County baseball team

For the second straight year, Morgan Academy dominated The Selma Times-Journal All Dallas County baseball squad.

Pitchers Jeremy Lee, Matthew Davis, Joseph Estes and DeMarcus Smiley represent the Senators.

Meadowview Christian School and Dallas County each had two selections.

Garrett Brech and Alex Colquitt represent the Trojans. Chase Macomb and Cade Whitaker are on the squad for the Hornets.

Other first-team picks are LaQuinton Johnson of Keith, Southside’s Michael Styles and Quendarious Chambers of Selma High.

Ellwood Christian Academy: Cameron Prince

Keith: Jared Edwards, Terrell Lumpkin.

Selma High: Nick Parnell, Amarian Mollette, Fred Whitt.

Southside: Marcus Reese.

Lee is the only player to make The Selma Times-Journal’s All Dallas County team in football, basketball and baseball during a career.

Johnson, Brech, Colquitt, Parnell and Mollette each made The Selma Times-Journal squad in two different sports.

Brech made it in basketball and baseball. Colquitt, Parnell and Mollette all made the team in football and baseball.
